I’ve searched my shelves, Goodreads list, asked friends, and read numerous reviews to develop my list, so here it is: 15 Diverse YA to Add to Your Library!

This was a hard list for me to make. As soon as I found a few titles I wanted to feature, I would see 5 more I thought were a better fit.

Besides struggling to stick to 15 books, I quickly realized I had no idea what I really want to focus on. Race? Gender? Family? Body Imagine? Mental Health? Sexuality? SO MANY topics! I tried to make a broad list, but I do not know if it is even possible. I tried my best to build a diverse list and pick newish and older titles–hopefully, you found a new read or have read a few yourself.
