Day 5: I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter by Erika L. Sanchez
I am dying to read this book! I want to read the paperback version because I don’t like hardbacks. A silly reason to wait I know. I tried to borrow a copy from my library, but yet again, they did not have the title.
I have read and been told nothing but good things about I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter. Fellow readers raved that I MUST read this book. I will, once I get my paperback copy. 🙂
“Perfect Mexican daughters do not go away to college. And they do not move out of their parents’ house after high school graduation. Perfect Mexican daughters never abandon their family.
But Julia is not your perfect Mexican daughter. That was Olga’s role.” Summary from Goodreads.
I Am Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter has a 4.04 rating on  Goodreads.
Have you read this book? Do you plan to? Tell me!
That book looks great! I haven’t read it, but I feel as though I need to.
